Jules is the proud founder of Ripped, a 2019 BEST OF BOSTON winner for best fitness facilty, awarded by Boston magazine.. Ripped is dynamic and results-driven personal training business based in the Boston and MetroWest area that focuses on each individual client comprehensively in order to achieve all goals, large and small.
Jules has a unique background as both a licensed clinical social worker and experienced chef, providing a well-rounded service to all of her clients which includes two things that she considers to be paramount to all successful fitness and wellness lifestyles; a happy mental state and a nutritious diet.
In 2008, Jules delivered her son William and 15 months later, her daughter Alexandra was born. She had a third child, Jax, in July of 2017.
After two years honing her skills at Get In Shape for Women, Jules branched out on her own and has successfully captivated thousands with her fitness videos and inspiring story. In 2014, Jules was appointed one of two National Fitness Professionals for the world-wide non-profit organization, No Excuse Moms. This group is composed of over 40,000 women and mothers who seek out the professional advice of Jules and her youtube channel to learn to how best incorporate fitness and exercise into their daily lives.
Jules holds a BA from Connecticut College (2000) and an MSW from Simmons Graduate School of Social Work (2005).
She is an ACE certified personal trainer and a certified nutrition specialist through ISSA. She holds her CPR and AED certifications through the American Red Cross and is certified as well in Tread Tabata and TRX.

RACHEL
Rachel is an NCCPT certified personal trainer and nutrition counselor from the Hudson, Ma area that has been doing individual and group training for two years. She struggled with weight issues herself throughout her childhood and through college, until five years ago when she decided to take control of her life, educate herself, and make changes. After being introduced to weightlifting, she fell in love with everything fitness and is now a dedicated, knowledgeable, and inspirational group and individual trainer.
